Thanks for stopping by the personal website of Mr & Mrs Chris Kerns. Yes, I've redesigned the website to reflect the change in the household and have a web presence that reflects both of us instead of just me. Of course, I'm the geeky one in the relationship (well, the "geekier" one, don't let her fool you) which means I'm responsible for the content but Elizabeth hopes to contribute also. Of course, she's a full time student and working part time, so you can imagine how much time she has to dedicate to things so important as a personal website. Regardless, we both hope that this site will reflect what is going on in both of our lives and give our friends and family and way to see what we're up to. Peruse the site and let us know what you think, and check back every now and then to see whats changed!

What's New?
August, 2007 - My old website, what you are viewing now, has been moved to family.chriskerns.com and is intended for personal matters. ChrisKerns.com has been redesigned as a blog on the aviation industry, part of my transition into a new career field along with my pursuit of an MBA. I barely have time to add anything to my new blog, and don't expect to be spending much time on this site while I'm in school.
October 17th, 2006 - I've signed us up for a SmugMug.com online photo gallery. I've made some decent progress on uploading our digital pictures to the site, so have a look.
August 26, 2006 - We are back from the honeymoon! I have uploaded all the pictures taken with the digital camera into a gallery.
May 5th, 2006 - The Wedding pictures have been posted! Please proceed to the gallery page for more information.
April 29th, 2006 - Sad news. Elizabeth's grandfather, retired Air Force Colonel Clermont "Pudgey" Wheeler, passed away Thursday night. Elizabeth and I will be flying down to San Antonio on Sunday for the funeral on Monday. Click the image to read his obituary.
April 23rd, 2006 - New look and feel to the entire site. For now, the content is largely a direct transfer of what was on my previous site, with a few modifications to reflect that Elizabeth is also represented by this site. However, the big change is that now this site is run off of a Content Management System (CMS). This makes it much easier for me to make modifactions and add content to the site, which should translate into more frequent updateds and more content.
The wedding has come and gone, but a version of the original "Wedding Info" page is available here. We don't have pictures back from the photographer yet, but when we do we will make it known here. If you took any pictures at the wedding, we'd love to have copies of whatever you've got.
April 7th, 2006 - The wedding went great. Thanks so much to everyone who helped make it happen and who made the effort to travel the distance to take part in our celebration.
